Setting: Dad is retrieving Max and Emma from school on a rather cool November day.
Dad (as he is helping open the doors to the car): "Max! Look what do you see?"
Max: "It's snow!"
Max (now suddenly upset): "Now we won't have Thanksgiving!!!"

- Max and Emma are brother and sister aged 9 and 7 respectively. They continually find new ways to stun Mom and Dad with their insights. This blog was started in January 2006 when they were each a few months shy of their 5th and 3rd birthdays.
